We complete all of our artwork in-house, so what you see is what
you get. Other promotional product companies often use the manufacturer’s
art department, increasing the chance for typos and mistakes. We
know no one is perfect. However, we work closely with you to make
sure your artwork is correct BEFORE going to the factory. If
the factory does not produce the product correctly, we will reprint
your order!
3) Realistic Production and Shipping Times
What use is the “best” promotional item if it isn’t
ready for your big event? In a time crunch, we will advise you of
the quickest options to get items to you on time. We will also
advise which items should NOT be ordered in a rush and the reasons
WHY.

what you pay for. We disclose all set-up fees and charges to
you for your approval before sending your job into production.
